Refund Policies

Full Refund

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date qualify for a full refund.

Partial Refund

Cancellations made more than 5 days (but within 7 days) before the check-in date qualify for a 70% refund of the booking amount paid.

No Refund

Cancellations made 5 days or less before the check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the booking amount paid.

Early Departures

Guests departing earlier than scheduled will not be refunded for the remaining nights.

Special Promotions

Bookings under special promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable unless stated in the promotion terms.

Changes to Reservation Dates

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or rate adjustments.

Non-Refundable Rates

Some rates or packages may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date; these will be noted at booking.

Group Bookings

Refund policies for group bookings may vary. Please refer to your group contract for specific terms or contact our team for details.

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or government restrictions, Alaara reserves the right to offer alternative solutions in place of refunds, subject to policy adjustments.

Processing Time

Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
